The process begins with a 90-minute consultation via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or secure live chat. During this call, a trained Advocate conducts a structured interview aligned with PIP descriptors, legislation, medical guidance, and relevant case law.
After the call, the Advocate completes the PIP form using the client’s responses and relevant legal materials. The form is reviewed by a Legal Team member to ensure compliance, accuracy, and the strongest possible representation. A digital draft is sent to the client for review and approval, with one revision included.
In addition, an Advocate provides personal support at the PIP assessment — attending via phone or in person — to assist with communication, ensure correct procedure, and provide reassurance.
