PIP Form Filling Service – Technical Description
This service provides full drafting support for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) applications, reviews, or renewals, based on a structured consultation with a trained Advocate.
The process begins with a 90-minute remote consultation (via telephone, Microsoft Teams video call with optional live captions, or secure live chat). During this session, the Advocate conducts a guided interview aligned with the DWP’s PIP assessment criteria, relevant descriptors, and current case law.
Following the consultation, your Advocate will draft the required responses using the information you provided, supported by applicable legislation, Upper Tribunal decisions, and guidance published by the DWP or Social Security Scotland. The completed form is then reviewed by a member of our Legal Team to ensure legal accuracy, compliance with precedent, and strategic presentation.
You will receive a full digital draft for review. You may request revisions by email, or optionally book a follow-up call (up to 30 minutes) at an additional charge to discuss amendments with your Advocate. Final documents are delivered in a digital format, suitable for printing and posting, or online upload. Optional print and postal services are available as add-ons.
