About Us
ABC is an independent disability-benefits practice supporting clients across the UK. We remove the complexity from PIP, Universal Credit (LCW/LCWRA), ESA, DLA and Attendance Allowance.
Our work is practical and precise—forms completed for you, evidence organised and mapped to the descriptors, and calm guidance at every step. We prepare you for assessments, attend as your representative where needed, handle DWP queries, and manage mandatory reconsiderations and appeals. Everything is handled in plain English, with strict confidentiality and deadlines met.

Our Vision
A UK where people receive the disability support they’re entitled to first time, without confusion or delay. We aim to make every claim clear, accurate and stress-free for clients and their families, with dignity at every step and genuine peace of mind.
Our Mission
We deliver end-to-end support across PIP, UC/LCWRA, ESA, DLA and Attendance Allowance. Forms are completed for you, evidence is mapped to descriptors, and we guide assessments, reconsiderations and appeals calmly and precisely.

FAQs
We’ll ask a few quick questions about your health, daily living or mobility needs, work capability, and what you’ve already tried. You’ll get an honest view of your options (PIP, UC LCW/LCWRA, ESA, DLA for children, Attendance Allowance) and the next steps. No obligation, no paperwork at this stage.
Yes. We review your file, evidence and decision letter, then advise on a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) or appeal if appropriate. We’ll draft submissions, map evidence to the descriptors, and represent you through to a Tribunal where needed.
We prepare you thoroughly and, where possible, join assessments by phone/video (or in person by arrangement). We help you stay focused on the relevant descriptors, and we take notes so nothing important is missed.
Typically: proof of ID, GP/consultant letters, medication lists, test results, school/SEN notes (for DLA), fit notes (for UC/ESA), and any diaries or examples of day-to-day difficulties. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything—we’ll tell you exactly what helps most and can request records with your consent.
We use transparent, fixed fees for each stage (new claim, MR, appeal) and confirm costs in writing before we start. There’s no percentage taken from your award. If you only need a one-off review or letter, we can price that separately.
